About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Assessor to join our Apprenticeship team. As a Business Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners, monitoring their progress, and ensuring timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with learners and their employers to track progress within both college and the workplace.
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners.
- Monitor learners' progress and ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.
- Manage employer relationships and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
- Relevant academic or industry-related qualification.
- Qualified to TAQA and hold or be willing to work towards internal verifier qualification.
- Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one within two years.
- Experience in a similar role, delivering training in an education setting, and managing employer relationships.
