Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Assessor to join our Apprenticeship team at Blackburn College. As a Business Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners, monitoring their progress, and ensuring timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.
About the Role
Working closely with learners and their employers, you will track progress, provide guidance, and facilitate learning in both college and workplace settings. You will also be responsible for managing employer relationships and ensuring the successful completion of apprenticeships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant academic or industry-related qualification, be qualified to TAQA, and hold or be willing to work towards your internal verifier qualification. You should also have a recognized teaching qualification or be willing to achieve one within two years.
