Health and Safety Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our parking operations. We are currently seeking a proactive Health and Safety Manager to join us.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Policies: Create and implement robust policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Risk Assessments and Site Inspections: Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure control measures are in place.
- Provide Health and Safety Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to all levels of the organization.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and safety role within the parking or security sector.
- Qualifications: Relevant health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH/IEMA) and a strong understanding of industry legislation.
- Skillset: Excellent communication skills, ability to design and deliver presentations, produce written reports, and analyze data.
- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave: 33 days per annum (25+8 BH).
