Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Statement of Purpose is in place and reflects the needs of the young people in our care, outlining the qualifications, experience, and expertise of our staff.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and systems to facilitate the flow of information within the team and support staff in their duties.
  • Manage and develop a range of quality direct services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Requirements
  • Qualified and experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager with a strong leadership style.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, with a focus on developing effective communication strategies.
  • Experience in managing and developing quality direct services, with a commitment to delivering high standards of care and support.

Location: Carlisle

Hours: 42 hours per week, with a shift pattern on rotation

Salary: Up to £33,112.56 (including sleep-in shifts)
