Job Title: Homeless Client Feedback Project Worker About the Role:
As a Homeless Client Feedback Project Worker with Powys County Council, you will play a vital role in gathering the views of homeless clients currently in temporary accommodation. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehensively gather feedback on the quality of the homeless service provided, actively engaging with clients through a differentiated approach of home visits and telephone calls. About You:
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer care skills, competent in using IT systems and packages, and possessing excellent administrative and numeracy skills. You should also have good written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to be a problem solver. Key Responsibilities:
* Gather the views of homeless clients regarding the quality of the homeless service provided * Actively engage with homeless clients through home visits and telephone calls * Prepare performance reports, presentations, and briefings for colleagues, Elected Members, service users, and other stakeholders * Promptly raise concerns with the relevant Interim Accommodation Officer regarding homeless clients who may need specialist support * Contribute positively to the Council fulfilling its statutory duties with regard to homelessness * Comply with all health and safety principles and practice as laid down in the Council's Health and Safety policies and arrangements * Comply with all equal opportunities principles and practice as laid down in the Council's Equalities Policy What We Offer:
