Retail and Consumer Consultant Job Description

We are looking for a talented consultant to join our Digital Strategy Group. As a Practice Lead, you will work closely with sales teams to engage customers' C-Suite and build compelling cases for transformation with Adobe.

The ideal candidate will have experience building, leading, and mentoring a high performing team. You will also have familiarity with digital marketing and customer experience strategy and execution.

We expect the salary for this position to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing a European wide team to provide customers with strategic, industry-specific advisory on their digital transformation.
  • Driving a culture of high expectations and accountability to help raise Adobe's standards.
  • Developing GTM strategies and creating value propositions based on customer needs.
  • Building relationships with the wider Adobe ecosystem to ensure DSG is viewed as an integral partner of the field.
