Role Overview
Taking on the role of Centre Manager at TPS means you will be responsible for leading and motivating a 1,500-strong national workforce to deliver business plans and objectives. Your primary focus will be ensuring excellence in customer service, developing strategic plans, and implementing processes to drive success.

With this position, you will have the opportunity to translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and set challenging yet achievable goals with first-line management. You will also be responsible for creating Personal Development Plans, monitoring progress, and providing developmental or corrective support where required.

In addition, you will regularly monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement, and take action to address any deviations. This includes analysing internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities and ensuring compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. A high degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office are also essential requirements. Previous management experience is highly desirable.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
