Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Assess: Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and Implement: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our clients' products and processes.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.
- Investigate and Analyze: Investigate and analyze quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Train and Educate: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
