Adjusting Appointments Limited seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a Regional Adjuster Manager for the South.
This role involves overseeing a small team of home-based property adjusters handling domestic, high net worth, and commercial losses throughout the southern region of England.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, and SLAs, while handling a smaller caseload of larger and more complex losses.
About the role:
- Candidates should be A/FCILA qualified with current or past managerial experience, although applications from Senior Adjusters seeking a first managerial appointment will also be considered.
- The ideal candidate will be home-based and reside in the southern Home Counties (Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent).
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
