Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our treasury and invoicing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure efficient and effective treasury and invoicing operations.
  • Lead the preparation of cash flow forecasts and weekly cash flow reporting with analysis versus targets.
  • Ensure all cash transactions are recorded on a timely and accurate basis and correctly accounted for in the SAP ledger.
  • Maintain a relationship with the Group Treasury Team and keep on top of all treasury matters relevant to Culina Group.
  • Prepare and manage sales invoicing to ensure all customers are invoiced on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Maintain a relationship with internal credit control and accounts payable at key customers to resolve barriers to payment quickly.
  • Report on invoicing performance and levels of uninvoiced sales.
  • Ensure established P2P process and no-PO no-pay policy are enforced.
  • Maximise working capital while ensuring suppliers are paid to agreed terms.
  • Report on payment performance and AP-related KPIs.
  • Ensure P2P queries are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Reconcile associated balance sheets, analyse and understand variances, and resolve any issues arising.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and develop a team, organising and prioritising workloads, maintaining quality, and operating within deadlines.
  • Qualified chartered accountant with a good knowledge of financial and management accounting.
  • Strong persuasive personality to challenge people at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP s4/HANA desirable.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads accordingly.
  • High amount of personal resilience to deal with setbacks, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
  • Good team player with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
