About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Clerical Officer to join our Breast Screening team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and respond to queries helpfully and informatively.

Undertake clerical and administrative duties for screening and symptomatic sessions.

Manage data and information with confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience working with the general public and in an office environment.

Numerate and literate with the ability to prioritize workload effectively and work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and smart appearance.
