Clinical Deputy Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at a Nursing Home near Rainham, Kent. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall management of clinical services, ensuring high standards of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the overall management of clinical services, ensuring high standards of care.
* Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure best practices are upheld.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, particularly for residents living with dementia.
* Ensure the smooth running of the facility, with a focus on resident well-being and safety.

**Requirements:**

* Must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin.
* Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care setting.
* Strong understanding of dementia care and best practices.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
* Leadership skills with a commitment to staff development and resident care.
