Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated Education Assistant to support students with challenging behaviour in a dynamic secondary school environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and understanding when working with students who require additional support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with complex needs, including those with challenging behaviour.
  • Developing behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and sharing updates with relevant stakeholders.
About the Position

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold Enhanced DBS clearance and registration on the update service (or willingness to apply).
  • Be registered on the EWC database (or willing to apply).
  • Be able to provide professional references.
  • Have a valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold Safeguarding Level 2 certification (provided by Teaching Personnel).
