Job Description:The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, supervise site staff, and oversee subcontractors.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement solutions quickly when needed.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Proven experience as a Site Operations Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
