About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Refresco. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production sites meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams to meet and exceed quality and food safety standards
  • Provide technical guidance and lead audits to ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer standards
  • Manage internal audits and drive continuous improvement
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement policies to meet compliance standards

Requirements

  • Recognised Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety qualifications
  • Recognised Level 4 TACCP and VACCP qualifications
  • Degree in a science subject, preferably food, microbiology, or chemistry
  • Recognised Lead auditor qualification
  • Vast experience in a compliance manager role
  • Significant experience working with the BRCGS standard
