We are seeking an F-35 Aircraft Technical Support specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. This exciting opportunity is based at RAF Marham and offers a long-term contract with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and be able to work effectively within a team environment. They will be responsible for undertaking a range of maintenance activities on F35 aircraft or aircraft components, including inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements, and functional/system tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance activities on F35 aircraft or aircraft components in accordance with approved technical information.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and airworthiness records are maintained.
  • Compile reporting, identify issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Comply with organisation's MOE, its associated procedures, and standards.
  • Apply human factors and error management within maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance with Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management system.
  • Undertake a range of maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements, and functional/system tests.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience working within EASA/MRP Part 145.
  • A log book demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency of skills, knowledge, and authorities for working on Aircraft type or in workshops.
  • Experience working on complex military aircraft programmes.
  • Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent military qualifications.
  • Academic qualification minimum City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or equivalent.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
