Job Title: Finance Business Partner

At Aromatherapy Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key point of connection between the finance team and the Sales & Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting regular financial reporting and carrying out ad-hoc analysis to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial analysis and providing insights to finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Co-ordinating financial forecast and budgeting procedures
  • Finance support for commercial sales and operational staff
  • Support decision making (pricing, new customers, new product development)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Highly IT literate, comfortable operating and learning new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to commute to Head Office in Brentford up to three times per week
  • This role does not offer sponsorship applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
