Senior Product Pricing Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Pricing Analyst to join our team at First Rate Exchange Services. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis of business performance, making recommendations for change, and developing strategies to positively impact the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities- Coach, lead, and develop the product & pricing analyst.
- Pipeline currency sales for notes and prepaid cards on all major currencies.
- Monitor and report on payment processing data.
- Pricing and margin management for notes and travel money cards across physical and direct sales channels.
- Provide data relating to payment performance across digital channels.
- Report on all aspects of customer behavior of the prepaid card business.
- Calculate and report profitability of prepaid card lifetime value.
- Ad-hoc report generation.
- Support role for business areas.
- Develop and deliver robust and meaningful monthly and ad-hoc management information, including variance and trend analysis.
- Maintain retail pricing models for branch and digital channels for all travel money products.
- Provide monthly usage data for card products, including trend analysis.
- Support internal FRES teams by providing data, including usage & payments information.
- Control the movement of pricing and margin as approved by the trading committee.
- Monitor, report, and make recommendations on pricing changes to support the product & sales team goals.
- Produce service level MI and performance analysis.
- Ideally educated to degree level with postgraduate professional qualifications or qualified by experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to transform in-depth research into business strategy.
- Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results that impact the bottom line.
- Experienced in financial analysis and appraisal, activity-based costing, marginal costing, etc.
- Excellent computer skills, in particular MS Excel, Access & Power BI, and experience of business intelligence software.
- Excellent written and numerical presentation and communication skills.
