Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, plus benefits including a quarterly bonus scheme worth up to 15% of salary, contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday per year (increasing to 27 after two years' service), employee benefits scheme, electric car salary sacrifice scheme, and salary sacrifice healthcare plan.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Development Coach to play a key role in the delivery of our sales and management apprenticeship programs. As a Development Coach, you will work closely with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders to provide coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the learner's journey.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage the relationship between BMS Progress, clients, and learners
- To deliver structured feedback and initiatives to support learner progression
- To work closely with learners' line managers to ensure they provide sufficient opportunity and time to complete work-based skills development activities and projects
- To monitor learner progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Development Coach who has a strong track record of delivering coaching and mentoring services. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of sales and management principles, as well as experience working in a similar role.
