Our People Advisor role at Warburtons is a vital position that supports the provision of high-quality advice, guidance, and coaching to leaders across the site. The successful candidate will have experience in providing people-related advice and guidance to employees and line managers, with a strong understanding of employment law.



This position requires a busy and varied role, where the candidate will provide expertise to line managers on a range of people issues to enable effective management of people performance, talent, and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Partner, providing insight and collaborating on key people activities.



The Ideal Candidate


  • Experience of providing people-related advice and guidance to employees and line managers.
  • Strong administration skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage a varied programme of work, manage expectations, and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to positively challenge, influence, and coach managers while providing a supporting service outcome.
