About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion excellent service through quality food and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
- Develop and implement effective controls to maintain high GP and labor standards.
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
- Provide training and development opportunities to junior chefs and contribute to the success of our CDP - Sous Chef development programme.
