About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to join our Service Transformation Programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will support the Senior Business Change Delivery Manager in delivering Business and People Readiness outcomes at both a programme and an individual project level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Digital, Service Transformation, and Business colleagues to develop effective project delivery plans and engage in project governance and status reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with business and project leads to articulate vision, case for change, and key messages, and coach and support on dissemination and addressing resistance.
  • Complete early business impact analysis and share impacts to build understanding for business and project team colleagues.
  • Develop comms approach and plan, and support development and delivery of comms assets working with the Readiness network and Internal Comms colleagues.
  • Establish readiness/adoption metrics for PGLS/Hypercare and design and deploy feedback loops, monitor adoption metrics, and course correct.
About You

We are looking for a strong business and people readiness professional with experience leading and delivering readiness activities on IT-enabled change projects. You should have the ability to rapidly build effective relationships at all levels, engage and influence colleagues, and deliver clear, simple communications.
