Engineering Learning Assistant (Multi-skill)

Ref: 2425/003

Hours: 18.5 hours per week, with potential PTVH hours to 37 hours per week

Salary: £28,061 - £29,919 pro rata per annum. Plus generous benefits including:

? 45 days annual leave per year pro rata (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)
? Generous Occupational Pension Scheme

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Learning Assistant to join our team at York College. As an Engineering Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering programs and providing a high-quality learning experience for our students.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of engineering programs, including lesson planning, teaching, and assessment
- Provide support to students, including academic guidance and pastoral care
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engineering programs
- Contribute to the development of resources and materials for engineering programs
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
