Engineering Learning Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable engineer to support our tutors in developing the skills and professional behaviors of our students and apprentices. The successful candidate will have confidence with a range of tools and equipment in engineering workshop environments and be able to work effectively in a team.
The role involves supporting tutors in practical lesson delivery, preparing the learning environment, and sharing skills and knowledge with students and apprentices. This is a great opportunity to inspire our future engineers and make a positive impact on their learning journey.
About the PersonWe welcome applications from experienced engineering technicians or learning assistants in the education sector, as well as candidates with practical experience in fabrication and welding, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline is required, along with relevant industry standard qualifications and experience.
