Workshop Lifting Equipment Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Lifting Equipment Engineer to join our client's team in East Ham. As a key member of the depot team, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing a fleet of lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair lifting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the depot team to ensure efficient equipment usage and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a lifting equipment maintenance environment
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
