We are recruiting an Out of Hours Coordinator to join our Emergency Duty Team based in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering emergency telephone calls, documenting incidents, and collaborating with other workers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Your day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, assigning care to care workers, and dealing with out-of-hours GP, ambulances, and local authorities. You will also be required to document all calls, incidents, and sickness, and report any issues to management.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £11.66 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including a FREE Blue Light Card, Cycle2Work Scheme, shop discounts, and early access to pay through Hastee.
