We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Team Lead to join our dynamic team at ClearCourse. As a key member of our Membership Services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of new customer implementations and customer-led changes to our CCMS products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our CCMS products and services, adhering to CCMS Business Analyst guidelines and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead team meetings, mentor and support team members, identify training and development needs, and address performance issues through effective management, leadership, coaching, and training.
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Previous experience of working within membership services, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences.
- Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN, and experience working with Jira and/or DevOps.
- Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organisations, constructively challenging and influencing others to achieve the best solution.
