About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Team Lead to join our dynamic team at ClearCourse. As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in delivering new customer implementations and customer-led changes to our CCMS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our CCMS products and adhere to CCMS Business Analyst guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and report progress to the Project Manager and clients.
  • Lead team meetings, support and mentor team members, identify training and development needs, and address any potential performance issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences.
  • Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN and experience working with Jira and/or DevOps.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organisations, constructively challenging and influencing others to achieve the best solution.
