Primary SENCO Consultant

As a dedicated SENCO, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs across Primary Schools in Northfield and surrounding areas.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to work on a daily supply basis. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role within a special educational needs setting
- In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the needs of students with special educational needs are met.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A relevant degree and SENCO qualification
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply)
We offer a competitive salary based on experience (£30,000 - £45,000) and flexible working hours to suit your availability.
