As a Special Educational Needs Coordinator at Aspire People, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEN or disabilities. You will be working across Primary Schools in the Northfield area, coordinating provision to support individual pupils and maintaining accurate records and associated paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices, as well as excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to demonstrate a compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating provision to support individual pupils with SEN or disabilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and associated paperwork
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support for students

Our Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary based on experience (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum)
  • Flexible days and hours to suit your availability, Monday to Friday
