">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our close-knit team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and be able to apply this knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment-related issues.

- Evaluate and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime">
- Analyze data from maintenance activities to identify trends and areas for improvement">
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives">
- Perform routine inspections and tests to identify potential equipment failures and recommend preventative measures">
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including schedules, procedures, and records">
- Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment">

- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other maintenance management tools">

Working Conditions
">This role involves working on-site at our Glasgow facility, with occasional travel to other sites as required. You will be working on various types of equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
