We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Locum Advanced Practitioner, working on a 3-Month contract with the opportunity to make a significant impact in long-term care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work full-time, handling complex and high-risk cases involving long-term interventions. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing detailed care and support plans to meet the assessed needs of service users, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Degree or equivalent in Social Work">
  • Current Social Work England registration">
  • Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker">
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle">
  • Must have a solid understanding of legal and legislation frameworks relating to CSE and Exploitation">

Working Arrangements:

">

The role requires the successful candidate to work from site an average of 3 days per week; however, you are expected to be readily accessible to site should service requirements need this or to respond to urgent work / visits / Service Users or families.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £41,000 per annum (based on a 3-day week), reflecting the level of experience and qualifications required.
