About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Practitioner to join our healthcare team at HMP Stafford, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.

The salary for this role is up to £62,500 per annum FTE, and we offer a range of benefits, including bespoke induction, competency framework, and regional/national career development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • MBChB or MBBS qualification
  • Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List
  • Evidence of engagement with annual appraisal
  • Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse
  • RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 and 2, or prepared to undertake these qualifications
