About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Support Worker for Young People with SEND and SEMH Needs.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help due to SEND and SEMH needs.

  • Provide individualized support to small groups or students on specific tasks.
  • Facilitate task differentiation for students.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification, experience or awareness of young people with potential barriers to learning, high literacy and numeracy skills to support students, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a reliable, flexible, and positive attitude.

Salary Information

The salary range for this role is £105 - £110 per day. This is a term-time only, full-time position, located in the London Borough of Enfield.
