Job Title: Information Communication Technology Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Communication Technology (ICT) Trainer to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As an ICT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized training programs for IT projects implemented nationally by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training requirements and technology to be implemented
  • Design and develop bespoke technology-based training courses, including lesson plans, exercise workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and support guides
  • Schedule and deliver training to agreed user groups using classroom, one-to-one, coaching, and remote training methods
  • Achieve and maintain training quality, design, and delivery standards for ICT
  • Provide updates to the ICT Training Manager on progress, risks, issues, and successes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective transition from project to business as usual (BAU)

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in IT and Business Process Training
  • Current and valid nationally recognized teaching or training qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training design and delivery roles
  • Experience of developing exceptional quality training materials for bespoke training courses
  • Able to deliver training at all levels to groups with differing needs
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard learning/training methodologies
  • Experience of working in a project/programme environment as part of a delivery team
  • Appropriate security clearance (mandatory)
