Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide personalized care and support to individuals with autism, helping them achieve their personal goals and lead active, socially valued lives. The successful candidate will work waking nights for 38 hours a week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. The role requires a commitment to person-centred care and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with individuals and their families.

About Bangeston Hall: Situated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, accommodating up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space. The grounds include a five-bed lodge, a two-bed home, a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, a music room, and an art room, offering numerous opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and personal development.
