About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to individuals with autism, empowering them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
