About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to individuals with autism, empowering them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to individuals with autism, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.60 to £12.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
