About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Night Support Worker team at Maes Y Coed, Pembroke Dock. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with complex needs associated with autism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through a supportive and caring environment
* Support our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration
* Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our residents, celebrating their achievements and milestones
* Work together with the team to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs
* Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents
* General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation

**Requirements:**

* A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
* Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs
* A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
* Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts
