Job Description:
Glenholme Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Living Support Service Leader to lead our Supported Living Service. As a Living Support Service Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service, including staff supervision, care planning, quality assurance, and training.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Manager working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or associated complex needs. Your up-to-date knowledge of best practice in managing challenging behavior utilizing positive behavior support approaches will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with people supported and their families to ensure personal needs are met
- Manage staff supervision, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, and budget management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager or Deputy Manager
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in managing challenging behavior
- Flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus ongoing development opportunities.
