Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily and annual volume targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business development plans and objectives.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in problem-solving activities and contribute to the analysis and resolution of production-related issues.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to safe working practices and wear appropriate protective clothing.
Requirements:
  • No formal qualifications are necessary, but a foundation degree in engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive processes and specific skills for the area in question.
  • Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including shifts, mid-week, and weekend work.
