Are you a sales enthusiast looking to excel in a dynamic environment? Do you possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our global brands, such as Nando's and The Ivy, to turn leads into orders and sales. Your primary focus will be on using phone, email, and other IT tools to communicate with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure they have all the necessary information to make a purchase decision.
  • Raise sales orders and allocate stock efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including purchasing, transport, and accounts, to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Perform administrative sales tasks, such as emails and phone calls, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling and managing projects in a firm but friendly manner.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Excellent people skills and sales/customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of £30k, plus a generous uncapped bonus structure.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with a holiday salary sacrifice scheme, along with ongoing training and personal development courses.
