Job Summary:

We are a global premium service company that embodies high-quality standards. As a B2B Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for turning leads into orders and sales. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure they have all the information they need to make a purchase decision.
  • Raise sales orders and allocate stock.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, transport, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Perform administrative sales tasks such as emails and phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling and managing projects in a firm but friendly manner.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales.
  • Good people skills and sales/customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of £30k along with a generous uncapped bonus structure.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with a holiday salary sacrifice scheme, along with ongoing training including personal development courses.
