Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth? We are seeking an experienced B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Reed.
About the Role:As a B2B Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for turning leads into sales and building strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure they have all the information they need to make a purchase decision.
- Raise sales orders and allocate stock to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with purchasing, transport, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Perform administrative sales tasks such as email and phone communication.
- Experience in handling and managing projects in a firm but friendly manner.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Good people skills and sales/customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A basic salary of £30k along with a generous uncapped bonus structure.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with a holiday salary sacrifice scheme, along with ongoing training including personal development courses.
