Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Assistant to join our team at South Lanarkshire Council. As a key member of our Housing and Technical Resources department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our properties and communities.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing CCTV systems, responding to incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour. You will also oversee the work of support staff and allocate tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in managing staff and technical systems. A strong understanding of computer systems and technical settings is also essential for this role.

This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week on a tailored shift roster. The salary for this role is £91 per hour. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for public safety, we encourage you to apply.
