About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming telephone calls and resolve queries efficiently, providing accurate and comprehensive information to callers.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, including lobby hosting, directing them to relevant facilities or staff members as needed.
- Ensure the daily visitor log is up-to-date and that all visitors sign in and out of the building.
- Contribute to maintaining the reception area's tidiness and ensure administration is up-to-date.
- Assist the FOH Supervisor and Manager in day-to-day operations, adhering to agreed service levels and management agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Familiarity with visitor management systems (preferable).
- Good health and safety knowledge and day-to-day application.
- Liaison with contractors.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
