We are seeking a Medical Blood Collector to join our team at Centers Health Care. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients in a safe and sterile environment.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, including knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately identify patients using a wristband, documents or through known visual identification
  2. Draw blood using proper equipment and techniques
  3. Keep all sharps, needles, and equipment out of reach of the patient and properly dispose of these and all medical waste
  4. Label test tubes correctly and send or deliver them for testing
