Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients and staff, providing a professional and personable experience.
  • Answer queries and provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Manage diaries, book meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Plan the day ahead, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain office facilities.

Requirements:
