We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain Group.

Job Role

This is a full-time position with varying working patterns across locations, including weekends and bank holidays. You can expect to work from 8am to 10pm on Monday to Sunday.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-class customer service and drive standards in the retail environment.
  • Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain high shop standards.
  • Open or close the shop as needed.

Requirements:

  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
