At Evri, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Manager Process Improvement, you'll play a critical role in building and operating our forecasting and planning model, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

Working closely with our data scientists and engineers, you'll leverage data to drive informed decision-making and improve accuracy at an appropriate granularity. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing process improvements that enhance our fulfilment product.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and operating the Forecast and planning model
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

As a member of our Fulfilment leadership team, you'll contribute to the strategic direction of our business, working closely with peers such as the GM of Fulfilment Hubs, the Head of Fulfilment Sales, and the Head of Fulfilment Account Management.
